Integrative
Sustainable health and wellness comes from a combination of factors, elements, practices and methods. My approach to health is always a holistic one. The body, mind and soul are more connected than one might know. While food plays an important role in our health, I also incorporate medicinal plants, vitamin and mineral supplementation, regular body movement, stress management, mindfulness and doing more of what sets your soul free. Let’s have some fun while digging into all the different aspects of health and overall wellness.
