makes 1 Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cherries

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 2 medjool dates, pitted

  • 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1 Tbsp RYZE Superfood Mushroom Blend

  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed

  • 1 + cup plain, unsweetened oat milk

  • 3 ice cubes

Method

  1. Take the pits out of the dates. Sometimes there is a hard little “cap” at one end of the date - be sure to remove this as well (you definitely don’t want any hard pieces in your smoothie).

  2. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. You can add more oat milk as needed to achieve your desired consistency.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
